    I had a problem with my first set and contacted the customer service via email. They handled it promptly, sent me a replacement and even included a handwritten apology note for the problem. That is unheard of from companies and it was very appreciated. The new set is perfect and I love it! Thank you for the amazing customer service that is so lacking in many companies these days!
